Looking to hire a full time maintenance person to do repairs and renovations on rental properties, you must have a vehicle, preferably a van or pickup truck, and a license, and basic tools. this job entails going around to multiple properties a day doing repairs, large and small, and sometimes doing full home renovations, lots of repairs for section 8. job includes but not limited to, installing flooring, doors windows, hanging drywall, painting, plumbing and electrical repair, fix siding, small concrete work, and more... only looking for someone willing to work full time 40 hours a week, will pay starting at $20 an hour, and can go up from there depending on skill and experience, will also reimburse for gas weekly, if you are interested please email me your info, name number and email address, and what kind of experience you have
