7 year old beautiful female tabby needs a new home

I need to find a new home for this beautiful girl. She's the perfect cat as long as there are no other cats in the home. Super cuddly to her owner, beautiful and playful. We took her in for a relative that recently passed away, but she doesn't get along with our other 2 cats (especially the other female). Willing to waive the rehoming fee if we can find the right home for her. Will also throw in her automatic litter box ($500 value). I care about her deeply, but we're moving to a smaller home and it already isn't working out with our current situation.
