Christopher Nassopoulos is a well-known tango teacher who has taught at festivals all over the country. His teaching focuses on simple, elegant steps that are useful for social dancing. Join us on Wednesdays in June and July. This is a drop-in class, but it helps to come every week! 7:00-8:00 pm class; 8:00-10:00 pm practica $20 (cash only) Masks are required when you are not actively eating or drinking. Note: Class on July 6th and 13th will take place in the drawing room (tile floor). The other classes will be in the ballroom. To enter the building, ring the bell and say "tango." You can purchase a drink at Morgan's Bar and Lounge (until 9:00 pm). All ages welcome. We are a 10-minute walk from Downtown Berkeley BART. No non-member parking in the Berkeley City Club lot.
