Showroom and Sales Coordinator - Full Time

Jud Tile is a full-service Design and Remodeling company serving the D.C. Metro area for over 40 years and we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in our Vienna, Virginia showroom. As the Showroom Coordinator, you will oversee the day to day running and operations of the Showroom. You will be assisting sales clients, supporting our design and install team in their ongoing projects, and completing showroom administrative tasks to keep the showroom running smoothly. What We Expect from You • Greet guests upon arriving in our showroom, learn their motivation for their visit and developing a lasting customer relationship • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor • Arrange complimentary estimates with potential clients • Manage customer sample rentals, showroom forms and customer job folders • Ability to drive sales and continue education with new products • Grow our customer account base through local marketing initiatives, assisting ownership in creating viable partnerships, sponsorships, and showroom brand exposure opportunities within the local community. • Draft and send proposals and quotes to potential clients and follow up appropriately to lessen lost business opportunities. Qualifications • Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design/Architecture preferred, or current student • Experience in sales and customer service • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required • Proficient with the following software applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Attention to detail in task-oriented job responsibilities • A creative flair with a background in design and/or luxury retail and a clear understanding of brand standards.
