Laborer (grounds) Basic Qualifications Looking for hardworking-team player to help maintain the grounds of a large apartment community. This is a full time position, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities will include: Maintaining Curb appeal around the exterior of property Removing litter and debris from the grounds along with routine upkeep of walkways and surrounding areas Report to the management team of any unsafe or unusual condition. Perform trash out duties of vacant apartments. May assist maintenance team with appliance installation and removal. Applicants must have dependable and reliable transportation Applicants must be able to meet the physical demands of the position. • Must be professional in appearance • Must be reliable to work in all weather conditions. • Must be able to work independently or with a team. • Must have positive attitude. • Must be able to frequently lift or move 75 lbs. or more.
