Our growing real estate team is hiring a daily FT helper (and foreman) to perform a multitude of task including but not limited to; trash removal, material pick up, site cleaning and organizing, punch list, carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical, masonry, roofing and much more. Applicant MUST have their own truck or van, cell phone, some basic tools and some construction knowledge or experience is helpful. MUST BE RELIABLE and DEPENDABLE! Must be physically able to lift and carry heavy loads. No drinking, no drugs, no drama on the job. Pays $15-27 p/hr depending on skills. Bonuses available for real hustle! We are also seeking a site foreman/ manager. Pay is up to $27/hr. Must have min 3yrs experience running a crew.
