Having a baby can be challenging, and many people feel lonely, sad, and anxious. Our Perinatal Peer Support groups offer a safe space for you to express your emotions and build relationships with others who have similar experiences related to pregnancy, birth, and parenting. Our groups are led by a Social Worker and trained Group Peer Support facilitators.
