REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS; 1. You will average 20-30 installs per month, 2. You will average one install per day (average 6-8 hour install time based on a 24' round). 3. You will average $1,400-$1,600 Per Install. 4. You will average $20,000-$30,000 per month. 5. Must have either above ground pool installation experience, heavy equipment operators experience, or significant dirt work and grading experience. 6. Must have access to a full-size truck. 7. Must have access to a trailer. 8. Must have access to a bobcat or front loader. 9. Must have access to a transit or laser level. 10. Must have access to a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy (for applicants that need help with insurance we will refer you to an insurance company that will get you the insurance you need over the phone within hours normally the cost for this type of policy is around $1500 per year with a small down payment and small monthly payments). 11. Must have at least one helper. 12. Must be available to work full-time. 13. Must be able to start immediately. 14. You get $500 signing bonus paid on first check 15. You get $2,500 quick start bonus paid in 5 payments of $500. 16. You get $1,000 weekly bonus paid weekly. 17. You get paid daily after every completed install. 18.
