Join Fit & Grit Training for our second annual support the vets event. This year we will be hosting Vets, Sweat, & Beer at Mankato Brewery in support of the Warrior Wellness Program. The Warrior Wellness Program offers a no cost, all expenses covered wellness program for combat vets from around the country to help them work through their combat experiences. Vets, Sweat, & Beer is a 45 minute, bodyweight based workout to work up a sweat followed by a nice cold beer to cool down. Grab some friends and help us support an amazing cause with this fun, social event! Tickets for this event are $25 a person with 100% of the profits going to the Warrior Wellness Program.
