The focus is on poses for easing the body, heart, and mind into a state of compassion.
During this passive practice, you may find yourself in a meditative state where your body is completely relaxed but your mind still is aware. Floating in this state of being helps to cultivate creative energy and heal the physical body.
We have lots of blankets but to stay warm during practice, but feel free to bring a long-sleeve shirts, socks, or your favorite blanket.
