In this 4 week course we will learn the fundamental movements, breathing techniques, and short mediations that will introduce the practice, science, and philosophy of Qi Gong practice. Classes will include appropriate Qi Gong flow movement series for balancing states of energy, regulating body organs according to universal elements, and short educational discussions about philosophy and origin of practices for the season focusing on cooling our energy and supporting our hearts (the organ of fire) and our small intestines.
