Seeking Demolition Technician: Seeking a demolition tech to join a company in North Austin. Your responsibilities will be to perform a variety of deconstructive tasks including but not limited to sheetrock, flooring, cabinets, and electrical components related to interior commercial finish out. Monday – Saturday, 7am to 7pm + occasional evenings Responsibilities: • Completing demo and haul out of commercial spaces • Transporting goods to and from job sites • Ability to lift heavy items 50lbs+ frequently • Able to stand, stoop, kneel, climb, and pull on a frequent basis • Arriving to correct locations on time • Clearing and cleaning jobsites to allow for new work to begin Requirements • Bilingual a plus • Able to drive truck with trailer • Must have clear driver’s license • Positive Attitude • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment • Pet friendly • Reliable transportation Call: 512/ 825-3132 website: www.mw3a.com
