We'd be interested in meeting tasteful country/roots rock / blues influenced players / singers to round out our project. This is a (serious) hobby start up - we need easygoing folks who like beat driven tunes drawing from roots, blues, seminal rock, country / y'alternative, singer songwriter, roots rock, etc. Austin City Limits act in a Chicago blues club..or truck stop..vibe - No bro country, stadium stuff of any genre; no drama or divas. Not a jam, not a job. Think of a half dozen tunes that represent what you like to play, include them in your reply to give me a sense of where you're at. Ensemble ethos and collaborative spirits required. We're all nice folks. Age, gender, recreational proclivities irrelevant. Female, especially vox, welcome of course. Bass and vox primary, but other instruments welcome - we switch around. Teles, dobro, mando, pedal / lap steel, electro acoustic, you get the idea. Objective is to have a tight act, quiet stage and 3 - 4 killer sets for events, parties, brewery style gigs. Not looking to make it big, travel, or stay up late playing to empty bars.
