Hello! I recently moved back to KC. I am currently trying to renovate a home for myself and my children! My funds and credit aren’t the greatest at the moment to be able to get a loan & renovate that way. If there are items you no longer want please contact me. I will find someone to pick it up. Wood, drywall, flooring, paint, etc. I am trying to make the house livable within the next few months. Anything is appreciated! Thank you in advance.
