Can you play? No, seriously. Can actually learn songs from a wide range of artists and play them accurately? Are you willing to play remedial, commercial, radio-friendly tunes when necessary to get paying gigs? Would you like to be able to pick covers to play without being held back by the skill levels of your band mates? Would you like to play more interesting but still popular songs rather than the same 40 songs every other cover band seems to play? Yeah, me too. Let’s start a band. I’m looking for a drummer, singer, and a guitarist who can play anything but knows what needs to be played to get booked. I can guarantee our set list will be unique, but accessible.
