Civil Works Contracting is looking for heavy equipment operators and site work laborers. Operators must have a minimum of two years experience operating heavy equipment, (bulldozers, excavators, skid steers, mini excavators, loaders and rollers). Qualified operators must be able to read grade stakes and have a general idea of what goes on in the site work industry. Operators are responsible for fueling, greasing and maintaining the machines they operate. Operator pay ranges from $18.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience and skill level. Site work laborers duties include shooting grade for the operators, site clean up, assisting in fueling and greasing of machines, maintaining erosion control measures, digging and locating existing utilities and helping set up for various scopes of work on site. Site work laborers pay ranges from $14.00 to $18.00 per hour depending on experience. Civil Works Contracting is looking for motivated individuals that are willing to grow with our company.
