Equipment Operator/Tree Work

I'm looking for someone who has experience running construction equipment, mainly a skid steer and excavator as well as tree work running a chainsaw. I have a small excavation company that I primarily clear and grade lots for new residential housing, but also do arborist work. A lot of my work is in durham, but I am all around the raleigh area as well. Must be willing to work flexible hours anywhere from 30-50 hours a week.
