Hiring General Contractors for large rehab projects

We're a national company looking to work with 3 General Contractors to rehab houses in Detroit. The scopes of jobs are between $20,000 to $55,000 and generally include plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, flooring and some masonry work. We give you a detailed line item price for everything we need done and you get paid every Friday for all the work completed in the prior week. We don't pay retail rates, but we pay very well for the high volume of work we have. Requirements: 1. Must have liability insurance or must be able to get liability insurance 2. Must have a license or know somebody who can pull buildings permits when needed 3. Must have your own crew of at least 2 guys and have relationships with plumbers, electricians and HVAC. 4. Must be willing to get a 1099 and have a bank account...we do not pay under the table via cash, cashapp, check or zelle. We 5. Must have your own tools or crews that have tools.
