Independent Contractor/Handyman (Troy) Looking for Independent Contractor with good handyman skills for a residential property management company located in Troy. This individual must have an all around home repair skill set for our 400+ homes that we manage. We are looking for someone with local area knowledge and willing to travel the tri-county area including the City of Detroit. Ability to use a smart phone, computer skills and communicate effectively. We are willing to pay $60 - $70 per hour if qualified.
