Backyard project: tree and trash removal + platform construction

My backyard has four medium-sized, dead trees along the back wall that need dug out, rooted, and turned into firewood with a chainsaw. There are 4 smaller trees that need the same. There is an old chest freezer and hot tub that need to be hauled away, along with some other furniture and scrap. I also have plans to cover (but not fill) and seal the in-ground pool, which has been empty for years. I'd like a platform built that is sturdy and safe for use as a floor in a gazebo. I have a few plans drawn up that use either wood or steel I-beams and anchor bolts. I am looking for a solid, reliable platform build or solutions to make this area usable with some simple construction. There is also a frame for a shaded patio area that needs a cover or needs removed. I'm open to ideas and we can figure out a price for the job, materials included.
