Property management company in Ann Arbor is seeking a full time maintenance technician to join a great team! Member - Washtenaw Area Apartment Association. Our firm has a 60+ year presence in Ann Arbor managing rental real estate. The best candidate will have some experience in either rental maintenance service or affiliated trades but we can train the right person without these experiences. 40 hour work week. Seasonal overtime. On-call about one week per month. Paid vacations, sick and personal time. Reliable vehicle required - monthly auto expense reimbursement.
