Metta Technologies, Inc. 5525 Telegraph Rd Toledo, OH 43612 * We Are Hiring * Full Time Position * Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm * Production Workers/ General Labor/ Welders * Production Worker Job Summary: We are currently seeking a reliable, hard-working production worker for our expanding operation. In this role, you will be a valuable part of our production team, ensuring our production quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. You will need to be reliable and punctual, able to perform physical tasks. Forklift or welding experience is a plus! Production Worker Duties and Responsibilities: • Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently • Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality • Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care • Report any machinery issues to management • Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals • Maintain a clean and safe work area • Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management • Follow all written and verbal instructions • Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude • Able to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends Production Worker Requirements and Qualifications • Flexible schedule and willingness to work full time and part time • Must be available for occasional overtime • Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals • Basic math, reading, and writing skills • Good communication skills • Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times • Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching • Able to operate large industrial machinery such as forklifts • Able to work 8 hour shifts standing • Reliable and punctual • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team If interested in a position please email your resume or call by phone.
