Are you looking for a full-time or part-time opportunity in construction? Kempf Construction Clean-up has immediate openings for constructions clean up employees. Our Exterior construction clean up would be the perfect job for someone looking to get into the construction field or someone starting in the work force. No experience required; we will provide on the job site training. The right person is punctual, thorough but fast, and eager to learn. Attention to details and a positive attitude is a must. Exterior clean up duties include removal of new construction debris from designated dumpster and curbsides of homes. Removal and hauling of wood and other debris. Must be physically fit with the ability to lift 50 pounds above head. Pressure washing of exterior of homes with occasional window cleaning of new construction homes. Ability to drive a truck and trailer with a valid drivers license is a plus. Responsibilities Include *Moving, securing, loading and unloading materials from job site to trailers. *Removing and hauling debris off site to dump areas and recycling facilities. *Ability to follow verbal and written directions *Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team *Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties *Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills *Pay attention to details when cleaning up job sites *Organized and able to follow a schedule *Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, walk during the daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time, physically able to push a vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time (interior cleaners), and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. *Valid Driver’s license *Ability to clean windows on a ladder-up to two stories
