Found Dog, must find foster asap

I found this Dog in the middle of this heat wave. I found her Monday morning. She followed me home. She isn’t chipped. I listed her on lost pets Facebook and Nextdoor. I have taken her to several shelters, she is not chipped and the shelters turned us away or offered to terminate her. I can’t do that. I feel a moral obligation to help animals but I can’t keep her. I believe she is a greyhound mix based on her looks and her temperament. If ANYONE can offer her a home or if anyone knows her family, PLEASE HELP.
