This is a small motel that is west of Pier Park in Panama City Beach, Fl. The duties may involve carpentry; plumbing, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, and repair of kitchen appliances, PTACs, and other minor building repairs. Respond to tenants’ requests for maintenance services, including replacing air filters, installing new locks and troubleshooting smoke detectorsEnsure the parking lot and sidewalks are free from litter and debris Maintain trash receptacles on the premises Landscaping Pool Chemicals, and cleaning Painting and touch up rooms when needed Sheetrock repair, trim work, flooring Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems in tenants’ units as required Test performance of in-unit appliances, such as refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens and coffee makers Clean units when necessary
