I am looking for someone to help part-time with: Yard Work & Gardening Personal and Work Errands Light Paperwork Very Light Construction Assistance Very busy developer needs part-time help for his assistant (whose also busy) We are building a high end custom home and need help with other property maintenance and some personal help. No experience necessary! You will be trained in all things construction such as: Safe use of powertools Painting Repairs of all sort Plant care Low voltage wiring Construction maintenance I will provide a car, you must have license. Starting pay: $16/hour plus perks. Cash until it becomes a regular thing, then payroll, then more money. No experience necessary, but listing your skills will certainly help. Will train in areas of light construction and property maintenance. I can work around your schedule so long as proper notice is given. Set your own hours. I am very flexible if you are.
