Description

We are looking for a Cleaner to take care of two offices and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep the buildings in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities: • Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs • Make adjustments and minor repairs • Stock and maintain supply rooms • Cooperate with the rest of the staff • Follow all health and safety regulations Qualifications: • Completion and passing of a background check • Proven working experience as a cleaner preferred • Ability to learn and follow direction from supervisors • Ability to handle standard cleaning equipment and/or machinery • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies • Integrity • Must have reliable transportation to and from the locations Other Details • You will be guaranteed 17.5 hrs. per week split between two locations (San Gabriel and Arcadia). • You may work your shifts only between the hours of 6pm-11pm M-F (3.5 hrs. each night). • Ability to communicate in either English or Spanish is necessary
