We are a property management company seeking to hire someone full-time who is both a skilled HANDYMAN (including plumbing and electrical) AND also an experienced GARDENER (lawn mowing, etc) to provide BOTH maintenance and lawncare/gardening services at various properties (mostly single-family homes) throughout San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles, Torrance and Orange County. We need ONE PERSON to perform BOTH SERVICES, therefore please only respond if you are A HANDYMAN AND A GARDENER. If you also have pool cleaning/servicing experience, that is also very helpful but not required.
