Compensation : $20.00 hour Work Schedule : 32-40 Hour a week - Full-Time Position Must be able to work nights & weekends Hours of Shift will be discussed Work Schedule / Shift Hours Subject to Change! Additional Details : Parking Lot Attendant : Monitor our Paid Parking Lot Perform Routine Checks of Paid Vehicles Assist Customers as needed Groundskeeping : Cleaning of property - Sweeping - Basic maintenance skills Removal of Graffiti Monitoring property (Keeping property safe) Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time Must be able to lift up to 50lbs or More Ability to stay busy with out direct supervision Experience in Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Landscaping is a plus Outdoor Work Customer Service HONESTY Required : Drivers License for Drivers or ID Card Social Security Card or Proof you can work in the United States Bi-Lingual - English & Spanish Speaker is preferred
