SoCal JDM Motors, LLC. is currently looking for a New Team Member! JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Potential candidate must be MATURE, SELF-MOTIVATED, RESPONSIBLE, RELIABLE, PUNCTUAL, TRUSTWORTHY, ENERGETIC, & PHYSICALLY FIT for the job. • Must be willing to work & must have a positive attitude that works well in a team environment • Basic experience with Japanese Engines & Transmissions • Must have a valid Driver’s License & an excellent driving record • Must have excellent sales & customer service experience – in person and over the phone • Must have excellent computer skills – invoicing, taking pictures of engines/transmissions & other auto parts & posting them online with professional description, etc. • Filipino or Vietnamese language preferred due to language demand but NOT necessary • Must speak English 1 POSITION INCLUDES ALL: • General Labor (Main) • Delivery Driver (Main) • Sales Associate (When needed) General Labor: • Removing the transmissions from engines • Washing & cleaning of engines, transmissions, & other car parts • Cleaning the warehouse, office areas, & restrooms • Helping in the warehouse where needed • Testing & inspecting the engines & transmissions – compression test, leak down tests, etc. Delivery Driver: • Preparing the deliveries • Loading/Unloading on/from the delivery truck safely • Delivering each order to its destination safely • Driving status check & driving record search will be conducted post-offer Sales Associate: • Taking orders over the phone and making sales in person • Verifying & confirming that the customer purchased the correct item • Creating invoices on the computer • Resolving customer complains • Explaining and guiding customers on how to install JDM engines/transmissions successfully WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 – 5:30 Monday – Friday 9:00 – 3:00 Saturday SALARY: You must email us your expected hourly pay & we will discuss further upon hiring.
