Job Title: Maintenance Worker / Handyman $17 Hour Location: San Jacinto, CA Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, lunch 12-1pm Job Description: General maintenance and clean up for a mobile home community. Maintain the grounds in a clean, attractive manner. Job Duties: • General maintenance and porter duties around the property • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry skills a huge plus • Familiar with hand and power tools and building maintenance and repairs • Perform general landscaping and groundskeeping, willing to work indoors and outdoors • Keeping vacant lots free of weeds, raking, hoeing, pick up trash or debris • Stow tools and equipment safely and securely at end of each shift • May be required to drive a Golf Cart around the property Required: Clean DMV Record and Background Check Please reply with your Resume or describe your Work Experience, and include your CELL NUMBER and EMAIL so we can reach you!
