We are looking for a reliable individual to undertake projects at the interior or exterior of our client's property. This is a 1099 position We’ll rely on you to complete assigned jobs. A minimum of 1 years of general contractor/handyman experience is required. Candidate must have extensive knowledge with the following: basic electrical, basic plumbing, carpentry, door and window installation/repair, drywall repair, painting, household installations, pressure washing, deck & fence repairs, etc. You must be well-organized and have your own tools with extensive knowledge in-home repairs and installations.
