need a handrail welded and put together onsite. Installation is a specialty inspection by carlson testing. drawing shows posts every 4'. See pics RETAINING WALL short = 40" long = 148" bottom stair riser to top riser = 113" ( 2 brackets in retaining wall, 1 weld attach at rail top )
