Night Shifts pay $21.50/hr to start Permanent, stable work with an organization committed to employee growth Paid time off package with 10 holidays plus vacation Growth and Apprenticeship opportunities  Tuition reimbursement  Wellness program, Flex-Spend Account, and Health Savings Account Employer paid voluntary life insurance and short term disability programs  REQUIREMENTS:  Have the ability to climb, push, bend, pull, and stand on your feet for long periods of time Work a flexible rotating schedule (days and nights) - 12 hour shifts, with additional weekly overtime.  Lift 50+ lbs  Handle working in inclement weather, the position requires working outdoors Work well with a team and bring a positive attitude Maintain safety standards  Learn to operate forklifts, cranes, and a cutting torch. The ability to wear PPE on the job   WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Handling incoming shipments, offloading large slabs of materials from railcars and semi trucks, and transporting materials by lifting up to 50 lbs with frequent movement (bending, standing, pushing, pulling large slabs of materials on and off rail cars on a daily basis) Clean and strip materials of impurities before entering the mill and operating a cutting torch  Set up, load and inspect materials and assisting the mill with moving metal plates to various locations   Operate gantry crane, bridge cranes, and forklifts as required Assisting other team members with moving materials throughout the floor, signaling operators, and acting as their eyes on the ground  We’re currently interviewing and no cover letter is required, apply now by sending your resume or contact a member of our team to speak at (503) 505-9128.  No experience is necessary!
