Hey Everyone, I'm a creative guitarist / multi-instrumentalist with 20+ years of stage experience seeking other like minded musicians. My main instruments are acoustic / electric guitar (steel and nylon) but I also play a wide variety of other instruments, ie: keys, didgeridoo, native flutes etc. Everything is ran through a huge 20+ FX pedalboard. I'm also a DAW composer, technology gear head and self diagnosed audiophile. GENRES: Acoustic Rock, Electric, Alternative, Indie, Progressive, World (Indian, Spanish, Aboriginal), 60's / 70's Prog Rock, Film Score, other I'm looking to join or start an original content project/band somewhere in Chicago or the North Side. I'm not looking for a massive tour commitment, but It'd be great to collaborate weekly and perform out several times a month. Ideally, I'd like to team up with other creative acoustic/electric instrumentalists; create some type of hybrid blend with Ableton / DAW, live loops, or something else entirely unique to perform live. Some favorite musical influences: Juno Reactor, Tool, A Perfect Circle, Foo Fighters, Xavier Rudd, Wardruna, Hans Zimmer, Rodrigo y Gabriella, Ojos de Brujo, Mitchell Cullen, Nigel Stanford, H.U.V.A. Network, Porcupine Tree, Rusted Root, Desert Dwellers, Schiller, VNV Nation, Dirtwire etc. I'm seeking: Electronic / DAW / Ableton composers Acoustic or Electric Guitarist Acoustic or Electric Bassist Drummer / Percussionist (kit or hand) Vocalist ...other acoustic instrumentalists?
