Remove SD Unified School Pres. Whitehurst-Stone with a CCGJ Complaint

Submit a Formal Complaint to the San Diego County Civil Grand Jury (on one of their formal Complaint Forms) outlining Dr. Whitehurst-Payne's unscientific and oppressive demand that students be forced to wear Covid masks in school this year which violates student’s constitutional rights through Dr. Whitehurst-Payne’s “willful or corrupt misconduct while in public office” (see Penal Code 919(c)). Said Complaint should be immediately submitted to the newly impaneled County Civil Grand Jury and should reasonably result in the Jury’s Foreperson presenting a written Accusation (i.e. an accusatory indictment) to the county District Attorney who must then publicly file same with the County Superior Court Clerk. This process is written in CA Gov. Codes 3060 through 3075 (and is unbelievably underutilized by CA’s county populations) and summarized in “The California Grand Jury System” handbook (see both the 3rd and 4th editions...).
