Germany and several of its European neighbors are returning to coal-fired power plants in order to conserve precious reserves of natural gas, a temporary — but some say necessary — move after Russia cut back its gas exports following the invasion of Ukraine. Biden's plane is to sell off our Emergency Strategic Oil Reserves to foreign countries. China recently received a million barrels of Crude oil from Texas. WASHINGTON – Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.) joined Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) in introducing the No Emergency Crude Oil to Foreign Adversaries Act. The legislation would prevent future strategic petroleum reserve (SPR) sales from going to China, Russia, North Korea or Iran.
