Journeyman electrician needed for small jobs at condo

Description

The photos attached show the electrical switch that has failed. The failed dimmer is on the right. The fan switch to the left still works. I cannot tell whether it is a connection or whether the dimmer itself needs to be replaced. I also have some other jobs, including looking at a noisy dishwasher for possible replacement and a flickering dining room light. I understand this is a small job, so I will try to make it worth your while financially.
