Looking for landscaping help, Mowing, weed whacking and bush triming

We need a monthly person who comes and keeps the place trim. Mowing should be about 2 hours each time...I tend to pay $25. an hour but based on the job. Trimming a bunch of bushes too. At this point I do have green cans for the waste. Good if you have a bag on your mower. Has to be done 7am to 10 am for fire regulations..If you need some extra income let me know your experience, equipment and phone number.
