Our child is going to preschool and our nanny will be looking for full-time work. Bittersweet for both parties...but very sweet for you! She has been working in childcare professionally for decades and it shows with her integrity, diligence and skill. She provides comprehensive services for our child, including his laundry, cleaning dishes, facilitating socialization, making lunches, and offering to babysit. As a nanny, she models engaged and caring behavior for our child. She makes his food and engages with him while he eats, often doing dishes and sweeping during downtime. When she goes to a park, she coordinates playgroups with the regular nannies. She doesn’t spend time on her phone, helps to guide our child to desirable behaviors, ensures he eats properly, and even helps organize parties with groups. She is vaccinated and boosted, and is covid conscientious. She is genuinely kind-hearted and dedicated to our wellbeing. Our child is a more conscientious, outgoing, social, intelligent, and joyful person because of her influence.
