Local construction company seeking full-time laborer. **Grade-work/Lot cleanup **Landscaping experience desirable a plus. ** Equipment operation desirable. **Bobcat/Roller/Vibro-plate/Pressure Washer/Weed-eaters. Safety is a priority. Must have transportation to and from work everyday Mon-Fri. Work is outside in sometimes extreme heat working with Grading crew clearing lots. Must have experience using a shovel, a rake, a broom, heavy lifting, working in a ditch, equipment maintenance, and climbing up and down ladders may be required. Applicants must be hard-working, self-starter, on-time, drug free, have a valid CA driver’s license and a clean driving record, and have a positive attitude. Looking for employees that are reliable, quick learners and self motivated. Carpentry experience is a HUGE plus. Must be able to read a tape measure accurately and be able to lift 50+ lbs.
