Need help with hotel-like maid to clean my townhome

Hi, I have an Airbnb unit in Vineyard that I'd like some help with. I'm looking for a long-term, part-time cleaner to clean in between guests. It's a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhome with 4 floors and takes approximately 3 hours to clean. Cleaning occurs 1-2 times a week on average. Need to be available all days of the week depending on when guests check out and available during the cleaning window of 11am - 4pm. You would need to do the laundry, change bedsheets, towels, and clean bathrooms, just like a hotel housekeeper. Before you apply, please answer these 5 questions: (you will not be considered if you do not include them) 1. Can you work on the weekends? 2. Are you comfortable with texting? 3. Can you provide a current reference that recommends your service? 4. Do you own your own cleaning supplies or do I need to provide you with them? 5.
