Please help me find this van that hit my car There were two witnesses in the parking lot that were barely able to get a picture of this vehicle after it hit my car and leaving the area unfortunately they could not get close enough to get a clear image of the license plate my guess it's a blue California license plate with gold lettering. As you can see in the close up picture that the back end of this vehicle is badly damaged on both sides of the rear of the vehicle Reward is not dependent on prosecution the idea is to identify the vehicle clearly and the owner that's it that's what the reward is for or if you want to do it just for Good karma great appreciate it thank you.
