Job Description Summary: Will be conducting daily equipment checks and handling breakdowns. Will also be performing preventative maintenance tasks. Duties and Tasks: Assist in all components of maintenance and repair. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Responsible for ensuring that all procedures related to the company HACCP plan are followed. • Responsible for ensuring that repair and maintenance activities are completed in a timely manner with little interruption to production. • Ensuring that there are no breakdowns or disruptions in the production processes. • Performs minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment. • Conducting regular inspection and maintenance of all the machinery and equipment in the facility. • Ensuring that all safety norms and regulations are adhered to • Testing machinery to ensure that it is working seamlessly. • Ensuring that all machinery and equipment are being used to full capacity and that production is optimum • Keeping accurate records of all service, maintenance and refurbishing works carried out on the machinery. • Maintain airtight facility and repairing any deficiencies as required. • Participate and complete miscellaneous projects as needed.
