Hello needing to rehome our African ringneck. He is two years old and just revealed his ring a couple months ago. He is semi tame. Definitely needs to be worked with but he steps up no problem but since wings aren't trimmed he takes off flying. Will need a cage to pick him up. Asking small rehome fee.
