Anyone familiar with Doubleclick for Publishers?

I have been approved by the Ad Council to run some PSAs on one of my websites; however, they no longer offer direct downloads. Rather they require an ad server such as Doubleclick for Publishers (DFP). Are you familiar with this and are you capable of setting me up once? I have a Google AdSense account and read this morning that Google either offers this or has a similar option. Thanks again in advance.
