Anyone want to form a band like Yo La Tengo?

I love their warm fuzzy sound and experimental, playful attitude. Is there anyone else who would like to form a band that is interested in being (in various combinations) noisy, pop-y, experimental, beautiful, sparse, and eclectic? I am open to many other styles, but want to find others who at least appreciate what they do.
