FOUND: COVID vaccination card from Dominican Republic

I found a vaccination card in the basket of a Citibike parked at Ave A and East 13th. It was issued in the Dominican Republic to a 17yo girl. I left it at the NYPD 9th Precinct house on 5th Street.
