Integrity Pool Builders is looking for new members to join their service and maintenance team. IPB is Colorado's largest and fastest growing swimming pool construction company focused on residential inground swimming pools and spas. IPB only employs in house labor for all aspects of service/maintenance and construction. After 45 days there will be a performance evaluation which makes you eligible for a $2.00 per hour raise along with a $100 weekly performance bonus. The ideal candidate must possess the following: High level of integrity and honesty Clean MVR and a current valid driver’s license The utmost ability to communicate clearly High level of organization Ability to work outdoors in the Denver metro area year round Ability to lift heavy items (up to 80lbs) and perform manual labor Experience working on pools is not required as we are willing to train in house Clean cut and presentable for our high end and discerning clients Here are some of the work duties that the ideal applicant will be performing upon being hired. Perform service/maintenance for our existing pool clients including but not limited to openings/closings, weekly maintenance, and basic repairs on pool/spa equipment. Clean and balance swimming pools Start up and balance newly completed swimming pools and spas built by IPB. Use a mobile app on company provided cell phone to process work orders, order parts & chemicals. Open swimming pools and spas for the swimming season. Winterize swimming pools and spas at the end of the season. Complete miscellaneous tasks that may arise in the office or job sites around the Denver metro area. A work vehicle will be provided for technician to drive from job to job as well as tools specific to the trade. Service tech will need to provide their own basic hand tools.
