We are looking for hard-working guys who are punctual, experienced with heavy equipment, and laying pipe. Need to have your own vehicle to get to and from the job site. We are looking for guys who are hard-working and not afraid to get their hands dirty to get the job done. Your pay rate is determined by how much experience you have in what we do and also by your work ethic. We would really like to hire people who would like to stay here long term and become part of the Reusel construction team. We work very hard at trying to take care of our employees during slow times and keep them working, which is something that you don’t normally see from those larger corporations. Experience with equipment and pipe laying is preferred, however if you are a quick learner, hard worker, and good at taking instructions you will move up quickly from a labor position.
